This mixed media artwork, Son of Science, was created while immersed in my brother Andrew's experimental album of the same name. The tenth track became almost a meditation as I listened to it again and again, allowing each layer to evolve naturally. Instrumental music has always been an essential part of my creative process. It allows me to paint emotion rather than description, responding to rhythm, atmosphere, and energy instead of subject matter.
